Can every scratch be removed?+
No. Light and some medium scratches can be corrected. If a scratch is too deep, aggressive polishing can create optical distortion, so we may recommend not polishing it.
Will polishing distort the glass?+
With proper inspection and controlled polishing, the goal is to preserve correct optics. That is why deep damage is assessed first.
How long does it take?+
A small correction can take around an hour; larger jobs may take several hours. Time depends on the area and condition.
How do I get a preliminary quote?+
Take 2–3 photos of the defect: straight on, at an angle and in side lighting. We can usually estimate the scope from those photos.
